Let’s introduce the owner and the brains of the operation. Our head chef…Abde.
Abde has been in charge of The Cowhouse for 2 years now and was the previous owner of the well-known Italian Restaurant «La Piazza» in Gorey Town Center.
He is a laid-back character, who loves to have a laugh and a joke but is serious when needed to be.
With over 20 years of experience, he is the best man for the job and by doing so has become part of Gorey´s beloved community.
